CRAIG BALL, ESQ.
Craig D. Ball, P.C. - Austin, Texas

    Craig Ball, Esq. is a board certified trial lawyer and certified
    computer forensic examiner.  Mr. Ball is also a board
    member of the Georgetown University Law School
    Advanced E-Discovery Institute, and member of the Sedona
    Conference Working Group on Electronic Document
    Retention and Production.  Mr. Ball has authored numerous
    articles on forensic technology and electronic discovery,
    some of which have been published by the American Bar
    Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association.  
    He serves as a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for
    Law Technology News and Law.com, and is well known for
    his monthly Law Technology News column "Ball in Your
    Court".  He has participated as a speaker in many webinars

MAGISTRATE JUDGE BOYD N. BOLAND
United States District Court - District of Colorado

    United States Magistrate Judge Boyd N. Boland has served
    as a magistrate judge since February 2000.  He has
    presided over trials and evidentiary hearings; conducted
    hundreds of settlement conferences; and issued orders
    and recommendations on numerous motions involving the
    gamut of federal jurisdiction.  Prior to taking the bench,
    Judge Boland was a partner in the litigation department of
    the Denver law firm of Holme Roberts & Owen LLP.  Judge
    Boland has also been an assistant professor of
    Constitutional Law at Mississippi College School of Law in
    Jackson, Mississippi, and served as a law clerk to the
    Honorable Paul V. Hodges, Chief Justice of the Colorado
    Supreme Court.  Magistrate Boland wrote the November 13,
    2007 opinion in Garcia v. Berkshire Life Insurance
    Company of Colorado  

MARK BRENNAN, ESQ.
Bryan Cave LLP - Kansas City, Missouri

    Mark Brennan’s practice focuses on class action,
    commercial and products liability litigation matters.  Mr.
    Brennan’s commercial litigation practice is varied and
    involves cases in which contracts, warranties, the Uniform
    Commercial Code and allegations of fraud are at issue.  Mr.
    Brennan’s practice is national in scope; he has participated
    in the defense of actions brought in 19 states.  Mr. Brennan
    has served as a speaker for FIOS, and the International
    Legal Technology Association (ILTA).  Mr. Brennan is also a
    member of the Appellate Court Committee and the
    Technology Committee for the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar

    Todd L. Nunn is a partner in K&L Gates' Seattle office and a
    member of the e-Discovery Analysis and Technology (e-

    Jason Prussman is a Research Analyst at IAALS, a
    national, non-partisan organization dedicated to improving
    the process and culture of the civil justice system.  IAALS
    has published three reports on the topic of electronic
    discovery, including Electronic Discovery: A View from the
    Front Lines, a real-time analysis of how e-discovery is
    affecting lawyers, judges and litigants.  All three

    Ann Auerbach is the Manager of IT Compliance for Cimarex
    Energy, a Denver-based oil and gas exploration company.
    Ann is responsible for responding to all IT-specific requests
    from compliance & financial auditors regarding software
    licensing & Sarbanes-Oxley, governmental agencies
    regarding HIPAA and Cimarex’s in-house legal counsel
    regarding legal holds & e-Discovery requests.  Ann has a
    BA in Education from Kean University in NJ, is a certified IT
    auditor (CISA) and is currently attending Arapahoe
    Community College (ACC) pursuing her Paralegal
